Class Descriptions

Cycling Studio:

The Seven Deadly Spins - Utilizing the CycleOps 300 indoor bicycles, each class will have its own unique flame; from burning sprints to grueling climbs to eternal flats. Based on sport psychlogical principles, the classes are theme based in which the music and instruction follow a story or invites you to look inward to build both psychological and physical strength. All levels are able to participate- newbies and seasoned cyclists alike can obtain the workout of their needs.  You are welcomed to hammer hard or to close your eyes, turn the wheels and sweat from the inside out. 

Torture Chamber Gym 

Rotten to the Core - This fast-moving circuit-style class will taunt your torso, using a variety of torturous tools (Bosu, ball, cables, foam rollers...and our own body weight) across a number of stations. Balance, strength and symmetry is the name of this game!  

All Fired Up - Put down that after work drink and come for an exorcism! Stoke the fires of your metabolism, and torch every muscle with this pumping interval class.  Begone all demons of fatigue!

Class Commandments

  1. Thou shall book up to a week in advance of a class, if you have a pass on file.
  2. Thou shall sign in 10 min before the class. The doors will be locked at the start time of the class. 
  3. Thou shall be on a waitlist if a class is full. If a spot becomes available, you will be called ASAP.  You may wait in a line for no-shows the day of class.
  4. Thou shall provide 24hrs notice of an absence for any previously reserved class, or your pass will be deducted. If you call the early morning of an evening class (12 hrs), you will not be deducted.  
  5. Thou shall be sure to keep all electronics turned off completely during a class.
  6. Thou shall be ready for intense physical exertion that leads to strength, empowerment and growth!
